The Rev. Jesse L. Jackson Fellows Scholarship

A comprehensive scholarship awarding $25,000 a year for three years, for a total of $75,000, to 10 exceptional students pursuing degrees in either STEM or Business-related fields. Awardees will also have a chance at earning one of two internship opportunities.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Jackson Fellows Scholarship, applicants must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Currently enrolled or accepted at an accredited four-year U.S. college or university
Pursuing a degree in STEM or a business-related field
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Demonstrated financial need
Active involvement in community service and/or leadership activities
Strong commitment to academic excellence and professional growth
Must be a rising sophomore heading into the Fall ’26 semester, with a full freshman year spent at a four-year educational institution
